Donnie has been exposed to the commercial roofing industry his entire life, with his father being a commercial roofing foreman for over 40 years. He started his career in the field while attending Bloomsburg University. He was offered a position as a Service Manager, subsequently promoted to Project Manager and then President of Construction. In 2019, Donnie partnered with Matt at Ream Roofing to fulfill a lifelong dream of being a business owner in commercial roofing. Donnie utilizes his 20 years of experience in the industry, strong business development, and operations management skills to continue to lead Ream Roofing as a premier commercial roofing contractor in the Mid-Atlantic.
